Information You Provide

Contact, relocation, buyer, seller and home-search questionnaire forms collect the fields you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, property address, budget, preferences, timing and message. Please do not include sensitive financial, medical or identification information.

Collection and Delivery

Forms send your entries securely to this website’s server for validation and spam checks. When email delivery is configured, the server sends a plain-text email through Resend to Momentum Realty · Donavan@LivingInGainesville.com, with your email as the reply-to address. A success message means the email service accepted the request for delivery; it does not guarantee arrival in the inbox. If the service is unavailable or rejects the request, the form shows an error and keeps your entries on the current page. Entries are not saved as a lead record in the website’s database or browser storage. Closing or reloading the page clears them.

The relocation PDF downloads directly from this website. No name, email address, phone number or form submission is required. Downloading does not send an email, create a lead record or enroll you in marketing. Hosting providers may process ordinary technical request information.

Storage and Spam Prevention

The website uses Cloudflare hosting and a Cloudflare D1 database for short-lived duplicate prevention and request limits. Database records contain derived request identifiers, timestamps, counters and acceptance status, not the text of your submission or your contact fields. Request limits use a hashed identifier derived from your network IP address and a time window. These records expire after approximately 24 hours and are removed on subsequent valid submission attempts when delivery is configured. Hosting providers may also process network and technical request information.

Resend processes email content and delivery information when configured. Delivered submissions remain in Donavan’s email account and may be retained for responding to your request, providing real estate services and applicable legal or transaction recordkeeping. The website does not automatically delete those emails. Provider retention is governed by their policies and account settings.

How Information Is Used

Your information is used to respond to the request you submit. These forms do not subscribe you to newsletters, enroll you in automated texts or marketing, or add you to a marketing contact list. No CRM enrollment or marketing automation is connected to these forms.

Other Services and Links

Embedded videos and links to third-party sites are governed by those providers’ policies. This form process does not add analytics or advertising tracking.
